We believe the best way to earn a title company or law firm as a long-term client is to prove our work first. If we don't earn the next one, we don't deserve it.
None. No contract to sign, no credit card on file, no minimum volume, no obligation to use us again. One closing, on us, and the decision from there is yours.
Purchase closings, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, seller packages, cash deals, deed signings, commercial transactions, and construction loans. Plus legal documents, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, affidavits, and contracts. Mobile or Remote Online Notarization. Domestic and international signers accepted.
It depends on the closing. In most markets, assignment is a matter of minutes from the time we receive your order. In remote or hard-to-reach areas, sourcing the right notary can take longer, and when that happens we let you know upfront with a realistic timeframe so you can plan accordingly. You can place orders any time through your title software, our portal, or email. Our office team is on the phones extended hours every day, see office hours in the footer. Closings themselves happen on your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you need someone at a kitchen table tonight, we will make that happen.
We accept check, e-check, credit card, Zelle, ACH, and wire transfer. Whatever fits your accounting workflow, we'll work with it.
Our office team is on the phones Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST, and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. Outside those hours, you can still place orders 24/7 directly through your title software, our client portal, or email, and we'll pick them up first thing when the office reopens. Closings themselves can be scheduled for any time, day or night, including weekends and holidays. Our notaries work around your borrowers' availability, not ours.
Yes, but the model is different in each region, and we want to be transparent about that. Across the United States and Puerto Rico, we have a network of 55,000+ certified notaries with coverage in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, including rural and remote areas. Our flat-fee pricing applies to US closings. Puerto Rico is priced separately because in that jurisdiction the closing is performed by an attorney who is also a notary, which is a different professional category and a different cost structure. Canada works differently still. We don't maintain a notary network there, we work through established collaborations with attorney-notaries qualified to perform closings under Canadian law. Sourcing the right attorney-notary in Canada can take a bit longer than a standard US assignment, but we handle it. For closings in Puerto Rico or Canada, just ask us for a quote and we'll confirm before booking.

Fourth, through our Notary Business Guidance Program we train notaries nationally on how to run real loan signing businesses, which means we've seen every way a closing can go wrong and built our process to prevent it.
Scanbacks are uploaded as soon as the notary finishes. For physical documents, the standard return method is FedEx or UPS using a shipping label you provide. The notary drops the sealed package the same day or next business morning at the latest. When a closing is urgent and you need the documents back the same day, we have two options depending on distance and timing. First, we can arrange a paid hand delivery directly by the notary, who drives the documents to your office. Second, we can coordinate on-demand same-day courier delivery through Uber Business: the notary seals the envelope, the recipient receives SMS tracking, and a 4-digit PIN is required at drop-off so only your intended person can receive the package. We don't charge any coordination fee for either option, the courier or delivery cost is passed through at cost on your invoice. Just let us know at booking time which method you prefer, and we'll set it up.
