When the order lands, the signer's availability is already on the file. Our job is to find the right notary who can meet that window. We review our network by location, experience, credentials, reviews, and history with similar transactions. The goal is not to fill the slot. The goal is to match the signing to the agent best equipped for it.
Once assigned, the notary reaches out to the signer directly to confirm the final details and introduce themselves. That second touchpoint matters. It gives the signer a human contact before the appointment, and it gives us confirmation that the handoff landed cleanly. From that moment, both our team and the notary have the same file, the same expectations, and the same timeline.
The notary meets the signer at the agreed location, at the agreed time, with the printed package in hand. They walk the signer through each document, collect signatures and initials in the right places, and execute the required notarial certificates according to state law.
While the signing is happening, our scheduling team tracks the appointment in real time. If anything goes sideways, a delay, a question from the notary, an unexpected issue at the signing, we know about it before you do. And we handle it.
